We tried a Hydrus IPA – Imperial / Double by Two Tides Brewing Co. at Two Tides Brewing Co. in Savannah, GA.
Double dry hopped, once during fermentation and once after. Has a Pilsner malt base with a good bit of oats and wheat. It’s medium bodied and a full expression of saturated hop flavor. A ton of hops were added late in the kettle process with huge dry hop additions..
