We’re proud to announce today, we are introducing a collaboration with Red Horn Coffee House and Brewing Co.: Mamba Out!
After the untimely death of one of our Head brewers idols and inspirations Kobe Bryant, we thought it would only be appropriate to name something in his tribute.
Mamba Out is a massive West Coast triple IPA coming in at 11.3% ABV. We then hit it with 5 lbs of hops per BBL, perfect as Kobe ended up with 5 rings. Using Sabro, Idaho 7 and Citra, this IPA gives wonderful hints of coconut, orange, and tangerine with subtle notes of passion fruit all throughout the palate with a warming alcohol sensation on the end to round it out..
