We checked out BeauxJax Crafthouse in Bossier City recently. It’s a Bar,Cajun / Creole Restaurant.

While at BeauxJax Crafthouse we had a few beers, including a Final Resting Place IPA – Imperial / Double from Flying Tiger Brewery in Monroe, LA. You can see more about the Final Resting Place on our Final Resting Place beer post here.

Bonus points for them swaying me from an easily found local-ish DIPA to this uber local one. Glad to see craft gaining its footing in LA!
