We checked out Big Hops – Bitters in San Antonio recently. It’s a Beer Bar.

While at Big Hops – Bitters we had a few beers, including a DDH Who’s Got the Juice Now IPA – New England from Weathered Souls Brewing Co. in San Antonio, TX. You can see more about the DDH Who’s Got the Juice Now on our DDH Who’s Got the Juice Now beer post here.

I’ve got the juice. They were out at the brewery so came over here. Nice spot. All the beers are only $3 on Mondays!

    About Here for the Beer

At HereForTheBeer our purpose is to help people find great local beers, in new or unique places. Go Explore!

We started this directory and blog back in 2009 to share our craft beer adventures. Since then we’ve been fortunate to not only have visited over 700 breweries and brewpubs across the country, but have opened our own craft beer bar, restaurant and brewery in Vermont.

Today HereForTheBeer.com is no longer a public directory, but a personal travel journal.  However we hope that our travels will continue to be a resource for anyone who finds their own travel motivated by craft beer.
