    About Here for the Beer

At HereForTheBeer our purpose is to help people find great local beers, in new or unique places. Go Explore!

We started this directory and blog back in 2009 to share our craft beer adventures. Since then we’ve been fortunate to not only have visited over 700 breweries and brewpubs across the country, but have opened our own craft beer bar, restaurant and brewery in Vermont.

Today HereForTheBeer.com is no longer a public directory, but a personal travel journal.  However we hope that our travels will continue to be a resource for anyone who finds their own travel motivated by craft beer.
